  • June 6 – JUST BE(LOVED) Poetry Slam & Open Mic
    Location: JustBook-ish, Boston, MA
    An evening of powerful poetry and open mic performances, featuring McKendy Fils-Aime. A space to share and witness voices of love, resistance, and community.
  • June 13 – The Poetry Brothel Boston: Astro Poetica
    Location: Sonia Live Music Venue, Cambridge, MA
    An immersive, cabaret-style experience blending performance art with intimate poetry readings.
  • June 19 – Rozzie Reads Poetry
    Location: Roslindale House, Roslindale, MA
    Featuring poets Kathleen Aguero and Sara Letourneau in an evening of local literary voices.
  • June 21 – Another World is Already Poem-ing
    Location: Boston Public Library, Copley Square
    A Pride Month poetry celebration with readings, a creative workshop, and an open mic. Featuring Blue Nguyen, JR Mahung, and mica rose.
  • July 11–13 – NorthBeast Regional Poetry Slam
    Location: Cambridge Foundry, Cambridge, MA
    High-energy competitive spoken word with poets from New England and beyond. Includes workshops and a community resource fair.
  • July 25–27 – Lowell Folk Festival
    Location: Downtown Lowell, MA
    The longest-running free folk festival in the U.S. While music is the main focus, it includes storytelling and spoken word performances in celebration of cultural heritage.
  • Wednesdays All Summer – Boston Poetry Slam at The Cantab Lounge
    Location: Cantab Lounge, Cambridge, MA
    Weekly open mic and feature poet series in one of the most iconic poetry spaces in the region.
  • Wednesdays in June – Stone Soup Poetry
    Location: Online and Boston, MA
    A long-running weekly poetry open mic series focused on community, resilience, and creative freedom.
